Please read these terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase of the Digital Credibility Health Check ("Health Check") offered by I-Next Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing the Health Check, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and I-Next Ltd.

  1. Health Check Scope: The Health Check examines in detail the DNS, email, and website configuration for the specific domain you provide during the order. Our skilled engineers use industry-standard tools and respected third-party services to perform the assessment.
  2. Payment and Delivery: You may pay for the Health Check via credit card using the Stripe payment processor. Upon successful payment, we will deliver the Health Check Report to the email address you provide during the purchase process. The report will be delivered within 2 working days from the date of your purchase.
  3. Copyright and Sharing: I-Next Ltd. retains the copyright of the Health Check Report. However, you are allowed to share the findings internally with your team or providers in order to address any issues found. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or make the Health Check Report available to third parties without our express written consent.
  4. Confidentiality and Data Protection: We take your privacy seriously and adhere to our Privacy Policy. The information you provide during the purchase process and any data collected during the Health Check will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  5. No Warranty: While we strive to conduct a thorough and accurate Health Check, the report's findings are based on the information available at the time of assessment. We do not guarantee the absence of errors or inaccuracies in the report. The Health Check Report is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied.
  6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall I-Next Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Health Check Report or any actions taken based on its findings.
  7. Modification or Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Health Check service or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Health Check service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  9. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and I-Next Ltd. regarding the Health Check service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written.

By completing your purchase of the Digital Credibility Health Check, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
