- Shami want Terry to redesign their e-commerce website. Terry can do this properly in I-ntarsia. Terry is happy.
- This is Donald. Donald runs IT fro BigSME and wants to meet Terry to talk about linking the site to his internal systems. Terry is nervous.
- This is John. John is one of the I-ntarsia team. John goes with Terry to meet Donald.
