Why not just offer Nextcloud?

Nextcloud is a great private cloud storage solution with in built office applications, easily the best available. That is where we believe its strengths lie. In those to areas it doesn't overlap with any of the other systems we offer.

It is true, however, that it can also offer email and instant collaboration features to those who wish to use them. We believe that the standalone services we offer are much stronger than the features integrated into Nextcloud. Therefore, if you are after the best-in-class feature set you would choose to have the separate services.

Where Nextcloud is really useful is where budgets are particularly tight and full feature sets can be compromised on. In those circumstances that is exactly why we offer a Nextcloud service.
