- Mia’s outbound material is not landing at the MegaCorp target. BigSME aren’t impressed, Mia is stressed
- This is John from I-Next. John runs checks on BigSME’s digital channels for the project
- John finds multiple issues with the DNS and email: CAA, DNS, DKIM, DMARC,MTA_STS. John has been working with DNS since it was created!
- Mia asks I-Next to host the DNS and tidy up email channels for the project.
- I-Next set up the new DNS using Google servers and advises email changes for BigSME. The cost is tiny in the project budget.
