May Monthly Performance
We've decided to keep clients updated with our monthly service performance stats from our third party monitor, Pingdom. For May we achieved >99.99% uptime across ~100 websites, ~50 email domains, 100 DNS domains as well as numerous other hosted services.
Room for improvement ... but well within our SLA.
We use an external monitor so that it makes no allowance for backups, which we do daily, or system updates, of which there were numerous, in May.
