Making up phrases
Following on from my recent post about 'bonking' mice, I realised that I also make up words and phrases to describe things that no-one else seems to talk about (or maybe care about). Here's two:
Administration Experience (AX). We all know about UX on digital services but the admins are often overlooked. How many website hacks would be avoided with a simpler AX?
Foundation SEO. Good sites have good foundations and Google knows it. Getting DNS right and fast, server specification, webservers configured correctly and securely, alternate domains forwarded correctly. Not content or technical SEO, more subtle than that.
Anyone got any others?
