The i-ntarsiaTM Questionnaire Module is designed to allow you to quickly add a user questionnaire to your web site. Our questionnaires can be used for site feedback, product feedback, competitions, training or a host of other applications.
Simply create your list of questions and define the answers in the modules questionnaire display. You define single answer or multi-answer questions, and free form input questions for tie breakers etc. Once the questionnaire is defined, you can set the validity dates to ensure that answers can only be submitted during a fixed period. Finally, add the Questionnaire module to any page on your web site. As you do, simply select the questionnaire you want and any display options that you want.
