Your customers can log into your web site and raise support requests and track their progress through to completion. Alternatively the module includes an e-mail interface allowing your customers to raise requests and provide updates straight from their e-mail client. Your support team can monitor all requests, assign them to the most appropriate person, exchange data with the customer and finally close off the request once the customer is happy.
As you would expect, the module comes with a reporting function to allow you to look at key performance indicators within your support team. All actions by your team are logged and an audit trail is established. In addition, the support database becomes an invaluable source of knowledge for your support team to search when looking for solutions to common problems.
